Cmd+Alt+C Shortcut for Inserting Comments Does Not Work in Impress on macOS

Open LibreOffice Impress on macOS.
Create or open a presentation.
Select any slide or object.
Press Cmd+Alt+C to insert a comment.

Current Behavior:
Nothing happens when the Cmd+Alt+C shortcut is used in Impress. No comment box appears, and no action is triggered.

Expected Behavior:
Pressing Cmd+Alt+C should open a comment box in Impress, allowing users to add comments to the selected slide or object.
