Description:
UI: Right Click on deselected object opens the context menu, but doesn't show the handles

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open draw
2. Draw a shape, say circle
3. Deselect the circle by clicking somewhere on the page
4. Right click on the shape

Actual Results:
No selection handles

Expected Results:
Handles


Reproducible: Always
