Open the PPTX file attachment 200603 [details] - you should see text in the picture placeholder as in screenshot attachment 200601 [details]

Yes, it's the expected *acknowledged problem* from that commit:

This is a low priority, with the bugdoc abusing the image placeholder and its custom prompt. I have no intention to work on this at this time, so whoever wants, please feel free to take this.
