Manual de UyC version1_word2019.pdf: how it looks in MS Office

This was reported as bug 38054 which was marked as fixed, but was never fixed at all. Upon opening this DOCX file, most of the document contents are lost. This should NOT be a document full of empty paragraphs. It opens full of content in MS Word...

Steps to reproduce
1.) open attachment 47695 [details] (Manual de UyC version1.docx)

Once you get past the table of contents, you will just see page upon page of empty paragraph markers.

I saw countless of these exceptions while loading the document in a debug build:

warn:writerfilter:550734:550734:sw/source/writerfilter/dmapper/DomainMapper_Impl.cxx:2720: DomainMapper_Impl::finishParagraph NumberingRules com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException message: "unsatisfied query for interface of type com.sun.star.container.XNamed! at include/com/sun/star/uno/Reference.hxx:85
