Copy some text to have something in the clipboard
In Impress open View-Notes Pane and mouse click inside. 
May paste to see that text pastes to Notes Pane.
Then on the toolbar dropdown Paste icon and press Unformatted text to slide Note pastes to Slide.

Expericenced: clipboard content is pasted to Slide in Text box.
Expected: clipboard content is pasted to Notes Pane unformatted.

happens only with toolbar icon, not with Edit-Paste Special.

Other issue found with this: Ctrl+Shift+Alt+V does not work in Notes Pane

but, keyboard shortcut is works fine with windows.
