Description Tim Chambers 2025-07-02 06:46:21 UTC
Description:
If I create a table and assign a dark cell colour to the header row (e.g. dark blue) and then type text into the header row cells, the text remains black rather than changing automatically to white.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a table
2.Assign dark cell colour to header
3.Enter text in cell
4. ensure text colour is set to automatic

Actual Results:
Text in header cell remains dark and hard to read

Expected Results:
Text colour would be changed to white automatically for leginbility

Reproducible: Always

Additional Info:
This worked in all previous versions of LO I have used. The current behaviour is new.

When exporting to PDF, the correct behaviour occurs, and the table heading cell colours are changed to white.

The same behaviour applies to all cells in a table, but I use this usually for header rows.
