A direct "no character border" format applied over a style with character border

Save the attachment as RTF, and reload.

=> the characters "eth" in the middle, that don't have a border in the original document, now have the border.

Mike Kaganski committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#167679: RTF already can export \brdrnone

It will be available in 26.2.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
