A PPTX with an embedded font

The attachment (created by MS PowerPoint 2016) contains an embedded font (FilePile from Typodermic Fonts' Public Domain collection [1]). Opening it in PowerPoint on a system without the font shows the font OK; opening in Impress (including current master, with EOT support) doesn't show it. The console of a debug build has a message from libeot:

> EOT out of spec: no blank loca table found!
