Created attachment 203043 [details] LO Writer 26.2 home tab after switching from regular to tabbed UI Reproduction instructions: 1. Have LO Writer use regular (= Toolbar+menu) UI. 2. Create a new Writer document. 3. On the menus, choose View > User Interface... 4. Choose "Tabbed" and press OK Now, you'll get the tabbed UI, with a weirdly-delayed scrolling in the style preview, which is a matter for another bug (but see also 166444). Anyway, one the UI settles, you see the actual style previews cut in the middle, with the labels taking up most of the space. That's not right... Observing this with: Version: 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 0d986755e4153230670c820dc52cc40cd72dfa87 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-IL (en_IL); UI: en-US
Think this dupes an issue of bug 153525 likely resolvable by a "More" action to pop-up a dialog frame attached to the NB Tabbed UI, or alternatively opening the <F11> Stylist on the SB

Structure of the NB Styles preview widgets were refactored to IconView with https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/110408 for bug 139429 But also remain overly sensitive to scaling of the UI.
