Description Dione Maddern 2025-10-17 17:04:53 UTC
Description:
The LibreOffice Help entry for
File > Properties > General > Preferred resolution for images
does not accurately describe what the feature does.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a LibreOffice Module
2. In the menu, choose File > Properties > General > Preferred resolution for images
3. Press F1

Actual Results:
The help page describes the feature as follows:
> Check this box to select the preferred image resolution in points per inch, which is used as default when an image is inserted into a Writer, Impress or a Draw document and resize it according to the value in the list box.

This information is incorrect and confusing to users.

Expected Results:
The help page contains an accurate description of the "Preferred resolution for image" feature. This feature sets a minimum resolution to check against when performing a Graphic Size Check.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
