Description:
Run Impress presentation with Presenter console. I have only one screen, so I set Slide show> Slide show settings>Presenter console>Windowed
See window Presenter console, bottom part where is the timer. Every second this part of the UI flashing when time changes.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.run presentation with windowed presenter console
2.watch the timer


Actual Results:
timer flashing

Expected Results:
no flashing


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
tested in current master too.

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-25.8.
Adding Cc: to Noel Grandin ; Could you possibly take a look at this one?

Repro on Linux with Wayland. No repro on Windows.
