Description: In Impress, slides start with default names of the format "Slide 1", etc., and the numbering is automatically updated if slides are added or moved around. Optionally, a user may click on Slide > Rename Slide... (or other methods) and provide a custom, fixed name to the slide. Having done so, there seems to be no way to return the slide name to the default auto-renumbered state. If we click on Slide > Rename Slide... and try to blank it out, this is rejected (fields turns red & OK disabled). Likewise if we try to manually enter "Slide 1" or similar, this is also prohibited. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make a new Impress presentation 2. Rename "Slide 1" to "Test Slide" 3. Try to blank out slide name & return to default Actual Results: Impossible to return to default slide name. Expected Results: Should be able to return to default slide name with auto-numbering behavior. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I suspect this failure has been around since the inception of Libre Office, when it split slide titles from slide names into distinct fields, circa v. 3.3.0, similar to other slide-name bugs.
