LibreOffice allows to personnalize keyboard shortcuts. Yes, but only for the whole LibreOffice or the app you are using (Calc, Writer...).

It would be great to set shortcuts only in one document. The keyboard shortcut will be available only whith using the document, and is saved in the file so giving the file to anther people will transmit the shortcut too.

This allows also to use the same shortcut for many different options, depending of the file you are using.

Note the shortcuts are saved in documents in Excel.
