Description:
When in create report phase of report wizard if you choose "static report" instead of "dymanic report" the text below dynamic report disappear. 

Maybe related to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172493

Tested in:

Version: 26.2.3.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 620(Build:2)
CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 7.0; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Ubuntu package version: 4:26.2.3.2-0ubuntu0.26.04.1
Calc: threaded 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a database and a table
2. Open report wizard and move to step 6 "create report"
3. Click on "Static report"

Actual Results:
the text below dynamic report disappear

Expected Results:
the test should be visible

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-25.8.
