Using shared templates harms our localisation; cf.

> Under Impress, if you try to save a background using File > Template > 
> Save, there is a Presentation Backgroud directory, inside the background

Indeed. Non translated names.

Totally reproduced on LO 3.3 RC4 Ubuntu 10.04 x86. Russian localization.
