Applying decorative effects to page borders is a frequently used feature in MS Word and WordPerfect and an often requested feature for OpenOffice/LibreOffice. Decorative borders are used for many different types of documents, such as certificates, posters, phone lists, leaflets, memos, invitations, and more. Whereas this feature in MS Word is somewhat limited, the functionality in WordPerfect produces higher quality documents. Please see the attachments to this bug. Currently, in LibreOffice "Format"-"Page" - "Borders" provides only very limited functionality. This enhancement request is adapted from OpenOffice bugtracker where it gathered 71 votes and was open since 2004: https://openoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24923

Some incredible decorating effects should also be applied on the page borders because by doing so, hard quality documents can be produced. Click http://www.essaywritingland.com/buy-essays-online/ to get more information. Problem is that this feature is limited in the MS office.
Great results in this base, we can relate on so many levels. https://www.homeremodelingsandiego.com/hardscape-remodeling

It seems that the addition of this feature is of little importance to users, because no one has followed it since several years ago!
