Created attachment 50668 [details] file with chart and picture of the expected import result Open the attached file. It contains a chart and a picture, which shows, how the chart looks in Excel 2010. Using LO3.4 the import is not nice. The x-axis has wrong tacks and the grid has wrong color. But in LO3.5"daily" it is worse, the whole y-axis is missing and the chart is too high. The file has been created with Excel 2010 and from there saved in xls-format.
The y-axis has in Excel an explicit value of 1 for the major interval. On import this values is not set, but is 0. Therefore the y-axis is not drawn.

I also can confirm the workaround manually modifying y-axis settings. Y-Axis was OK with Master Build ID: d337f79-a24c961-2865670-9752b71-7f8fd43 2fdd60d-fd28b6a-fd7bf20-aa369cb-28da3fb 6a9633a-931d089-ecd263f-c9b55e9-b31b807 82ff335-599f7e9-bc6a545-1926fdf

Using the latest master build from this week, I no longer see this behavior. I'll mark this fixed.
