This document was created by copy/paste from a private part of a Web site. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the attached document 2. Click on the "Export as PDF" button and on Save to launch the export or print the document Current behavior: libreoffice freezes Expected behavior: Export as PDF or print Additional information: Discussed this on IRC with mst_ who helped me produce a gdb backtrace which I will attach and who added: "<mst_> jeromeg: it looks like Writer wants to load a graphic from a http URL and that blocks" "jeromeg: hmm.. "The document has moved", perhaps it is some kind of redirect loop and our http resolver is too stupid to handle it or something" Platform (if different from the browser): Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1 Iceweasel/7.0.1
Created attachment 53073 [details] Backtrace of the problem Produced by attaching to libreoffice once freezed and running thread apply all bt.
Reproduced with LOdev 3.5.0beta2 4ca392c-760cc4d-f39cf3d-1b2857e-60db978 Ubuntu 10.04.3 x86 Linux 2.6.32-37-generic Russian UI
reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit) Result: Libreoffice crashes
Problem cannot be reproduced as explained with LO 4.3 and 4.4 beta on Win7 64. Export to PDF is very slow due to the images in file, but it finishes properly. If image links are updated or broken in Edit-Links, export is fast.
