open new Writer document
add an new dialog to a basicmacro at the empty document
edit the dialog
put a label field or a text box on the dialog window
try to change "name" in general properties
LibreOffice crashes very very often
same behavior for example by changing the label of the basic dialog window

LibreOffice 3.4.2 
OOO340m1 (Build:1206)

openSUSE 12.1

no problems with LibreOffice 3.4.4 OOO340m1 (Build:402) from LibreOffice homepage

I am unable to reproduce this with LO-3.5.2.2 packages from the LibreOffice:Unstable project. The repositories are at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/Unstable/

I remember that we fixed something similar also for LO-3.4.5 packages.
They are available in the official update channel.

jerry, could you please try it in the newer builds?

If it does not work, please provide more information:
    + used desktop (KDE, GNOME, ...)
    + backtrace, see
      http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Bugreport_LO#How_to_get_backtrace

Also it would be great if you attach a test document. It will make the testing easier. It is also make sure that test the same thing.
