I just added the following bugs as dependencies: 42558: FORMATTING: Missing Arabic Abjad numberals for page numbers 42561: Changing a long paragraph direction reverses the letters 42595: FORMATTING: Some Impress/Custom Animation effects reverses the Arabic letters 43093: FILEOPEN: Arabic MS Office documents opens with wrong alignments
Thanks for reported this issues, but this meta bug isn't the place for them at the moment. Please discuss with me before adding new issues, especially on the first time. At the moment all bugs are reported for Arabic only, and are all unconfirmed. You should get them confirm in any case. For them to be relevant as general RTL bugs you need to get them confirmed for other RTL languages. I usually try to test with Arabic or Frasi (or get help with other for those languages). I'm dropping them from the depends box, at least till they will be confirmed by other Arabic users. At the moment I wasn't able to reproduce them with Hebrew (and left you some comments). Also, you probably meant bug 42596 instead of 42595 (which isn't related to LibO).
Thanks kaplan for the clarification. I added screen shots and clarification to bug #43093. Let's discuss them one by one then. Can you reproduce now?
Added bug bug 54629 - “EDITING: Hebrew/Arabic text is not clickable in textbox area of Impress slides”. Not a “most annoying” bug, but our RTL experts should be aware of it ...
Nominating bug 49320: a "pure latin characters" LTR document created in a Hebrew version of MS Word still imports as RTL in LibreOffice.
Nominating bug 56169: pasting (in MS Word) Hebrew text in a .doc created by LibreOffice treats the paste as Hindi instead of Hebrew
add 45999 FILESAVE: Hebrew comments/notes appear as squares in MS Word when saving in doc (work on docx)
Can we add these bugs: Bug 37464 - Cell Border works backwards on Right-to-Left spreadsheet. Bug 34837 - Merged Cell's borders vanishes when changing sheet direction to (Right-To-Left).

Bug 47314 is a long time related bug.
Renaming the issue to reflect the reality, what is most annoying or not is subjective at best. What we need is a meta bug for any RTL-related issue.

LibreOffice "has" id for Old Hungarian script: "none". Linux has keyboard layout within extras. https://keyman.com has Old Hungarian layout, too. Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPod, iPad. Android devices has not Old Hungarian font.

When you file a new bug, give a little though to whether it is about right-to-left or about the complexities of combined and contextual glyphs - and make your bug block either RTL, CTL, or both as the case may be.
