Hi amol,

that seems to have misfired: This is not bug 42982. Also note the recommended way to send patches is via gerrit:

 https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/GetInvolved#Sending_patches_to_gerrit.libreoffice.org

or as a fallback, sending a patch as attachment to the mailing list at libreoffice@lists.freedesktop.org works too, if you have trouble with gerrit.

Amol, how do you explain that your suggested patch in comment #4 is exactly the same that Abeer Sethi suggested three days earlier in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42982#c3 ?
