screenshot with a formula in math editor and in gedit

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....

Current behaviour:
in the current editor open bracket are not graphically matched with its closing bracket.
It could be VERY helpful to provide the same functionality as in gedit or kate, to match the parenthesis when closed.

Expected behaviour:
match parenthesis (by colour or bold) when moving with the cursor over it

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0

Syntax highlighting and bracket matching will be very useful.
