Description Maks 2012-05-17 13:58:02 UTC
Problem description:
When setting page numbers offset it doesn't show page number on some pages(when page number + offset > "real" page number)

Steps to reproduce:
First way
1. Just set page number offset in blank page
Second way
1. On multiply page set some page number offset

Current behavior:
For example in document, which contains 10 page when setting page numbers offset 4 the numeration will set to this: (first 6 pages have numbers from 5 to 10 and the last 4 pages don't have numbers)

Expected behavior:
For example in document, which contains 10 page when setting page numbers offset 4 the numeration should be from 5 to 15.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0

P.S. Sorry for my English.
