When using page preview in Calc, it would improve usability if landscape or portrait page orientation could be directly changed in the preview window (and not via opening the "Format page" window and clicking on -> Page -> Orientation"). Please add buttons for "Landscape" and "Portrait" in the preview window. Changing page orientation is likely one of the most often applied preferences when printing a spreadsheet. The other often used settings are already directly accessible in the page preview window and are nicely implemented: The Zoom Slider and the adjustment of Margins. Only page orientation is missing.

Yes, it would be preferable to switch between landscape and portrait.
Print preview is a read only mode, we would likely need to create uno commands that work in that mode to change the page orientation. We have the .uno:Orientation group button that is available in the notebookbar, but it is only usable in writer and is disabled in print preview mode. @Szymon: Any thoughts?
Changing priority back to 'medium' since the number of duplicates is lower than 5

I also encountered this missing feature today, in Calc 7.4.5.1 Print Preview seems pointless without it. An alternative way for a user to achieve this is view the Print function, and set Orientation to Landscape. Unfortunately, the Orientation setting is not saved on leaving the popup.
There is Format Page (second left from the zoom slider), which opens the page style dialog. Switching from portrait to landscape is easy there and taken into the preview. => WFM
