After making a scatter plot of x and y values, I right click the symbols of the plot.  A menu appears with the option "Insert y error bars".  However, there is no option to "Insert x error bars".  This missing option would greatly enhance the quality of LibreOffice Chart program.  I frequently need to graph scatter plot data with x and y error bars.  A rectification to this issue would be greatly appreciated.  

This is my first ever bug report.

You could be interested in a workaround presented here:
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=42946#c30
As we can read there this bug is a show stopper for a lot of potential users.

To my satisfaction I recently saw that the issue should be resolved in the next version (LibreOffice v3.6).
