Problem description: When opening the attached Microsoft Access templates, you get the error message: 'Unrecognized database format'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice
2. Click on 'Database'
3. Select 'connect to an existing database.
4. select MS Access 2007
5. Click 'next'
6. Click 'Browse'
7. In the 'file name' field, type *.* and press 'enter'
8. Select the template
9. Click on 'Next'
10. Click 'Finish'
11. Click 'Save'


Current behavior:
When opening the attached database, LibreOffice gives the following error :

The connection to the data source "New Database" could not be established.
SQL Status: 3343
Error code: -2147467259
Unrecognized database format 'C:\TS001225351.accdt'.


Expected behavior:
The database is opened for editing.

That is a template for a database and not a database file. AFAIK, LibreOffice is not able to generate a database from such a template. So this would be a feature request.

If you generate a database from it with Microsoft Access 2007, then using LO 3.6.1 to connect to it via driver "MS Access 2007" the wizard hangs in step "Save". That has been reported in bug 53070.

If this is the case, then it should indeed be a feature request instead of this bug report. Please advise on best way to close this bug report.
