Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Launch 3.6
2. ....Get Window box (file... line continued differently in box)
Unhandled Exception:
InvalidRegistryException:
file:///C:/Progrm%20Files%20(x86)/LibreOffice%203.6/program/../share/extentions/NLPSolver/components.rdb: duplicate <implementation name="com.sun.star.comp.Calc.NLPSolver.DEPSSolverImpl">

3. ....Get other messages which lead to nothing but program termination.

Current behavior: 3.6 does not launch

Expected behavior:Operate Libreoffice as before (3.4)

Platform (if different from the browser): Win 7
