In the table controls, there is no feature allowing to copy a column to the clipboard. Selecting a column an press Ctrl+C just copy one cell of the selection.

This feature would be useful, after some data processing, for further exploitation in other softwares like LibreOffice Calc.

This request can be extended to any selection in the table controls.

I can confirm this behavior. At this moment you could only choose a column, when you create a query for the content of this column.
