Description BinLi 2012-12-21 17:20:56 UTC
In writer, you put a 'Text' Object from 'Drawing' toolbar, then input some text, after that select 'Block selection', it can't work.

If I use the 'Frame', input some text, it works fine for 'Block selection'.

reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit)
Comment 2 A (Andy) 2013-04-20 14:49:14 UTC
Remark: The "block selection" I interpreted as the JUSTIFIED alignment function.

No, block selection is the selection mode you obtain by Maj+Alt+F8.
It is not available in drawing text objects.

Set as valid enhancement.
