After employ the command and crash, the system call the entire rebuild two spreadshet interested. If launch 2nd the command for Copy/Move the sheet, after rebuilding the two files, same problem existing. Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Copy/Move sheet from Sheet at File A 2. Enable immediatly all activity in two spreadsheet 3. LiberOffice skip the two files 4. LiberOffice call for rebuild & correct the two files 5. After rebuilding: sam problem. Several things which could help: 1) Indicate your Ubuntu version and tell if you use Gnome or Kde (you could have tested Kde with Ubuntu instead of using Kubuntu) 2) last LO version is 3.6.4. So even if 3.6.4 isn't proposed on Ubuntu repo or ppa Libreoffice, it could interesting you give a try to a 3.6 LO version. 3) Could you try to retrieve a backtrace (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_backtrace_.28on_Linux.29)?
Dear sir, Tank's for your help. My Ubuntu version is: 12.04.1 LTS precise pangolin Italian language I have installed LibrOffice 3.6 (Eng Version) Other Specification for the bug: The problem is in only one file; the file .ods is created originally in Microsoft Office Excel 2000Eng and i work it in my Ubuntu pc by LibrOffice Calc. The file content >15 sheets and in his existing linkages in Dbase (various Pivot reports and absolutes refereces) with crossings data's by differents sheets. And in his sheet exist one Data filter permanent and various Hidden Columns. I have improved another sheet (simple compilation example, single sheet), and with command Move/Copy the operation is perfectly enable and don't have this problem. I think several reasons probably for the bug: 1) Original structure file compiled in MO Excel2000 and not perfectly correspondant work in the LibrOffice; (This same problem is verified in Sun OpenOffice Calc); 2) Data Base & Filter, and/or Hidden Columns presents in the interested sheet; I temporary solved these problem whit copy/Paste & re-scription entire sheet. Sorry, excuse me for my terrific english language, because i not study his, but french. Desolé, mais je ne peux pas envoyer Vous le fichier qui a produit le bug, car il contient des informations "sensibles" et soumises à les dispositions de la loi italienne pour la "privacy" et la preservation en matière fiscale. Comme j'ai dit dans mon e-mail, en mauvais anglais, je pense que la problème soit que LibreOffice n'accepte pas la présence des zone avec des filtres Dbase et/ou des functions de rècherche dbase sur des "pivot tables", dans le tableau electronique (sheet) qui doit etre doublé dans un autre fichier similaire. Dans MO Excel ce probléme n'existe pas, et on peut effectuer l'opération analogue parfaitement, avec succés, probablement pour des motifs du compilation interne du programme. Ou bien, peut etre que le bug depend de la géstion de la mémoire temporelle du systeme. Dans prochaines jour, avec du temps, je vais à préparer des fichier, sans informations sensibles, pour vous les envoyer. Détails: LibreOffice ver. Versions 3.4 et àpres 3.6.0.4 (Build ID: 932b512) anglais Us Gnome: installé Details des opérations sur le fichier nommé Minicontabilité: 1) Fichier d'origine (conténent n.18 sheet)- sheet nommé Bilan_CEE: 1.1 Filtre Data-Filter-Auto_Filter on sur Ligne 2 1.1.1 Filtre Data-Filter-Auto Filter-Custom: position 0=All ; position 1= <> 0 1.2 Zones des celles -coulonne- avec function GETPIVOTDATA (hidden column) 1.2.1 la Pivot Table liée est dans un différent sheet (nommé Codes_de_Compte) dans le meme fichier 1.3 Zones des celles -coulonne- avec function ISERROR (hidden column) 1.4 Zones des celles -coulonne- avec function IF (hidden column) 2) Command sur sheet nommé Bilan: 2.1 Copy/Move Sheet = Move Sheet 2.2 To document = choisir un autre fichier égual de formules, différent le nom du fichier (Minicontabilité_XX) 2.3 Insert before = Move end position 2.4 New name = est exacte (different name - marquée avec n.ro _2) 2.5 Ok 3) Effect: 3.1 En cliquant su Ok le video sur toutes led deux fichier dévient obscure. 3.2 LibreOffice est bloqué et n'accepte des commands 3.3 LibreOffice n'accepte des commands sur son menu principal (inactif) 3.4 LibreOffice se casse définitivement apres 2-3 sec. et est disparu du desktop 4) Re-ouverture du LibreOffice 4.1 LibreOffice invoque le rebuilding des 2 fichiers qui ètaient ouverts. 4.2 En répondant Oui, il effectue la réprise des 2 fichiers 4.3 Les fichiers sont agibles comme à l'origine 4.4 Si on repete le command du point 2 tiut ça va recommençer. Since you use English words from the interface, it's better you explain in English. Moreover, try to summarize and give the minimum of steps to reproduce the problem.
