A page toolbar would be useful for quick access to page-related commands, especially when combined with page selection as suggested in https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=60416 . Initially, the toolbar could contain only a dropdown menu for styles, one for paper format, and one for page layout, along with a button for changing orientation and a button to show the page dialog.
