Add option to set default of pasting to 'paste text without formatting' 

Note: When 'paste text without formatting' is not available for the clipboard content, then 'Paste special' should be shown

It's great that paste as text is now available in the context menu.
Still this may be useful??

Maybe this bug needs some resolution?

As noted in comment 3, the function now exists, so hard to know what "default" means -- given that one can customize key commands and context menus.

Customization should be sufficient meanwhile.

Discussed the topic with Cor in the design meeting. His idea of some kind of tools > options > save/load > Default clipboard format: (o) LibO document ( ) Unformatted might be a solution but adds confusion. And because of the existing customization, ie. paste special can be bound to ctrl+v, the decision WFM is okay.
