Word allows the user to highlight an arbitrarily long segment of text and then accept all changes within that -- in LO I have go through all changes one by one, which is not exactly productive.

Fixed in LO 4.2.5 with commit d46e7dabd3090697c46e24a350cc75f35c28a8f7
