Created attachment 142984 [details] arrows by MSO and LibO The first blue arrows are created by Word 2016. Conserve positions . OK The second by LibreOffice 5.4.7.2. Arrows Positions go away each time you save .docx. The third are copy and paste from the first. Conserve positions . OK
Hi, I have found a workaround: Create arrows with Microsoft Word. save .docx Open with LibreOffice writer. Use exclusively these arrows (copy-paste, move change colors....) See attachment before. Regards
mmtsuchi: you tested with an old version. Please test with a master build: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/
Setting to RESOLVED FIXED until the issue is retested with the latest version...
Created attachment 143093 [details] Simple arrow, 1st saved Simple arrow : position : 2.5 cm from paragraph, 2.5 cm from margin ; size : 1cm x 1cm ; angle : 315°.
Created attachment 143094 [details] Alteration when reopen Simple arrow docx file Reopened file "143093 Simple arrow, 1st saved". Table on 2nd page, shows differences of position and size of the same arrow.
To resume, - arrows created by Microsoft Word look OK in LibreOffice Writer : good position, good size, good colors... The first attachment contains those arrows (90% sure : in navigator their names are "straight arrow connectors", whereas LibO arrows are named "shape") - arrows created by LibreOffice Writer go wrong : wrong position, wrong size, but good angle. each time you save the .docx, position go more and more away. To confirm, open the first attachement with LibreOffice, insert one arrow where you want, remember position and size. save, close, reopen Expected results : No changed positions and size of shapes. Actual Results : arrows created from LibO get their positions and sizes changed, arrows by Microsoft are not affected. I suspect coordinates translation problem. Tested with : Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: cbd0d1da85a7ae6b35023274c7267872b3d920e7 Version: 6.0.4.2 Build ID: 9b0d9b32d5dcda91d2f1a96dc04c645c450872bf
