Created attachment 79302 [details] Sample file new with 4.0.3. English UI Sorry Jacques, yes and I don't know why, (Firefox) if I rigth click and select Save the link as, I can open it with LibreOffice. Maybe an issue with the plug-in. Attached a new file from scratch 4.0.3. English UI Miguel Ángel
Created attachment 79303 [details] Sample file saved in 3.6.6 Englis UI As the problem for open persist with the new sample even with IE, attached a new one created also from scratch with 3.6.6. Englis (US) UI. Let's see what happen.
Seems the problem for open with left click, remains there with or without the LibreOffice browser plug-in enable or not. (Menu/Tools/Options/Internet/Browser plug-in)
Hi Miguel Ángel, Sorry for this delay. I was absent. I wonder if something is lacking for PT to operate, as Data in Data field. Regards, Jacques Guilleron
Comment on attachment 79118 [details] Sample file I fixed the MIME types of the attachments.
Hi Miguel Ángel, Some changes here. With master LO 4.2.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: c36348f20c4fcb6ae1acb0fd06c19edfa9fb108 there's no issue. Selecting the Pivot table and right clic > Edit layout show Sum - Data2 in Data Field eirher with the .cgi file or Mime Type file. and datas indeed doesn't disappear. Have a nice day, Jacques Guilleron
Hi Jacques, thanks for review, but maybe there is an misunderstanding, the issue is opening the file create with 4.x and opening with Spanish UI in 3.6.6 oe lower.
Hi Miguel Ángel, Here is my position: To build the Pivot Table in this state, Sum - Data is required into Data Fields. Now a possible scenario: I want to alter the layout. For some reason, I delete the Sum - Data from the Data fields. If I press OK, datas are immediately deleted from the Pivot table but, if I exit the layout window without validating, datas are not deleted until... and I can save the spreadsheet in this state. This scenario is indeed reproducible in any UI. So for me, the issue that has to be fixed is to not exit the layout window without refresh if something was changed. What is your opinion? Regards, Jacques Guilleron
I set it to NEW. Not specific to any UI. Jacques Guilleron
Hi Jacques, thanks for set the status. Maybe a very specific case, anyway it is not urgent, and I think Kohei is in deeper jobs, which I hope can facilitate the things in calc.
