When I want to open a file in the spreadsheet, the waiting time is very very very long of the order of 1 in 2 minutes

so you say it is slow with any file... maybe it's a problem with your installation, since I have no issues with my LibO 4.0.3 try using this portable version of LibO from this link ( http://www.winpenpack.com/main/download.php?view.1354 ) and tell me if you still experience slowness

@Julian no... it was a typing error... he wrote "release 4.0.4.2 of open Office" but he certainly meant "release 4.0.4.2 of LibreOffice"... there's no 4.0.4.2 AOO release.
