Problem description: 
If image in HTML document was aligned to center, it would be actually saved as aligned to left.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create HTML document
2. Insert image in it
3. Set image's wrap to None
4. Align it (image) to center
4. Save and close document
5. Open document in LibreOffice or browser

Current behavior:
Image is aligned to left

Expected behavior:
Image is aligned to center

How can you align an image to Center?  For me it is not possible with LO 4.4.1.2, Win 8.1.  You have only the option to align it left or right.  Or is there a misunderstanding from my side?

Confirming that I see this in 5.3.3.2.  It's been a problem for years.  When images are added using Insert->Image, the default is to center the image on the screen.  Exporting to PDF works fine (the image remains centered).  But exporting to HTML makes the image left justified.

The export-to-HTML flow is used for creating Kindle ebooks.  So this is problematic for writers.

I had to manually fix the HTML in a previous version.  In the 'div' container encapsulating the image, the width & height are specified, and appear to be the size of the image.  When I removed these, the div container spans the entire screen and allows the image to center.
