While it installs the correct language files, the DE langpack has an English installer in RC3.

I can reproduce the same with 4.1.0.4 with CA, CA-XV, ES and FR language pack Just for info, with 4.0.4 CA, CA-XV, ES and FR language packs show strings in own language while installating.
