Will not insert or play any video file type in Impress. Keeps coming up with "Format not Supported"

I can easily insert and reproduce videos in LibO 4.1.0.4 using Win7 64bit.
Are those video reproducible with your media player outside LibO?
Do you have the proper codecs installed?
