Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the presentation
2. Generate a PDF of all presentation
3. LO crashes

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

              
Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 4.1.1.2 release

Dear Thomas,
I do not know if you received my previous mail, anyway I attach again 
the ppt presentation that caused the crash.
Now I've installed version 4.1.2.3 and the crash does not happen anymore.
