Integer fields are incorrectly formatted as currency fields by default when creating tables via the UI.

Confirmed in bug 67179.

I think this should have been fixed in (i.e. not reproduceable any more for me):

Can't confirm this bug for LO 4.2.0.0beta1 (2013-11-23). Works right with the embedded database.
