Word numbering and Libre Office numbering

I've opened a Doc that was created in MS Word and the paragraph numbers are different than the original. Libre Office has re-numbered them incorrectly. Very disconcerting when dealing with lawyers :)

You could remove all the document contents except TOC and headings in MS Word and attach it here.

Here's what I'm seeing. It's the same with 4.3.4.1, only the numbers are green. Should it be like in the first attached screenshot with the "Correct version" or did something change when you created the test file? I mean the numbering is a bit different, but the strikethroughs are now present.
