That is a separate issue (have seen it passing by, including fix - should look that up).. The other two: > Page numbering starts over in each chapter. It was correct in 4.1... > Page style in each chapter is goofy. The "First Page" and following "default" styles should be "mirrored," but the layout is not right. It was correct in 4.1... Obviously somehting in the page style sequence/.. is messed up, causing different effects. Set to new now - further investigation needed. Related to bug 71853 ? Best, Cor

Whatever this was, it went away in more recent versions.
