Description spence 2013-12-18 15:32:11 UTC
Problem description:

When returning from fullscreen in a *non-maximized* window, LibreOffice creates an oversized window that leaves all edges of the window offscreen, thereby requiring alt-F7 to drag and recover. This behavior does not happen if you launch fullscreen from a maximized window.

Using LO 4.1.4.2, Ubuntu 13.10, Unity

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new Writer or Calc window and toggle window maximize button so that you see a non-maximized window.
2. Shift-Ctrl-J
3. Shift-Ctrl-J
4. Left with oversized window

Current behavior:

Returning from fullscreen from non-maximized window leaves user with oversized window

Expected behavior:

Returning from fullscrreen from non-maximized window should leave user with the same size and position window.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.1.3.2 release

Reproducible for me with generic Linux version 4.1.4 under Ubuntu 13.10 x86-64 with Unity window manager.

Not reproducible anymore in LO 5.2.3.0+ and current master, both built at home under Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64.
