Splitting table cell with 2 or more paragraphs horizontally should move part of existing text by paragraphs into newly created row(s) – steps to reproduce:

a) Created simple 2x2 table and enter 3 paragraphs of text in the first cell
b) Select all text in the first cell, then choose from menu 'Table->Split Cells...' and then choose 'Split cell into: 3' and select Horizontally - see attached ODT document

the result - 2 empty rows added

wanted result - splitting cell with 2 or more paragraphs horizontally should move part of existing text by paragraphs into newly created row(s) - see attached ODT document.
This behavior is in MS Word, so lots users are already got accustomed.
