Report in ms excel xml format oridinal

Problem description: 
I've got report in ms excel xml format. When i open one in LO Calc I can't see color #FFCC00 in cell A6:J6, A9:J9, A12:J12 etc. The same one i've got in apache openoffice.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get xml file in our Oracle sysnem
2. Open file
3. ....

Current behavior:
Don't see color #FFCC00 in sells

Expected behavior:
Able to see color #FFCC00 in cells
              
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.1.4.2 release

As I've been able to confirm this problem I am marking as:

New (confirmed)
Normal -- appears to be loss of data but it's a really weird one
Lowest -- a single color, in a format that isn't native not going to impact many people. If we identify that it's affecting a larger set of colors or affecting either a native extension (ods) or even xls/xlsx then we can look at bumping it up.

Works for me with the colors

However the text shows up as ???? (encoding issue?), which would be a new bug

Create bug 116453 for that.

I confirm the color works now.
