No title in "server" dialog

The dialog used for loading and saving from/to server has no title (see the attached image). It makes troubles when referencing to this dialog in guides, FAQs etc.

Hi, I can't confirm, under Ubuntu 13.10 I have a title indicating LibreOffice 4.2 on that dialog either to open or save a file.
It seems from the screenshot that you're using Windows, could you tell us the version?

Hi, the screenshot is from Windows Vista but the same applies for Windows 7.

I think that the "LibreOffice 4.2" title has as low informational value as the empty one. It looks better but that's all.

This dialog can be found at http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/svtools/uiconfig/ui/placeedit.ui, and there is indeed no title.

@sophie: I guess that the title 'LibreOffice 4.2' set by your window manager, not by LO. But anyway, it's not a good title IMHO.
