Page setting is not avaialable from Print dialog window. If I want to change the settings of margins I have to close the Print dialog window and go to Format->Page to modify them. Printing settings and page settings are both set before printing, so there would be faster and more easier to reach the page settings (margins, page format,etc.) from Print dialog window directly.
