Description Michael Meeks 2014-05-16 18:05:14 UTC
I stumbled upon my wife's PC with the gallery open, she had no idea how to close it (or how it got opened in the first place) ...

It would be great to have a 'close' button present there [ if you know you can un-dock it and close it to get this effect but ... ] - there is a load of grey-space on the right to put that in.

git grep -5 SVXDLG_GALLERYBROWSER

For bonus points, converting the old-style code to a new-style .ui dialog would be rather useful too cf.

Thanks.

lovely idea - thanks for monitoring your wife's work ;)
Comment 2 Björn Michaelsen 2014-05-23 12:13:22 UTC
adding LibreOffice developer list as CC to unresolved EasyHacks for better visibility.

see e.g. http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/minutes-of-ESC-call-td4076214.html for details

That docking window is now gone - the gallery is always opened in the sidebar ('close' button included ;)

Remove LibreOffice Dev List from CC on EasyHacks
(curtailing excessive email to list)
