Problem description: When open a xlsx/xls file with dotted/dashed cell borders created by MSO, the borders are showing as normal line, rather than dotted/dashed line. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new xlsx or xls file with MSO 2010, apply some dashed/dotted borders. (you can also use my attached test file) 2. Open the above file in LibreOffice. Current behaviour: Cell borders are showing as normal line. Expected behaviour: Cell borders are showing as dotted/dashed (which is the same is in MSO 2010). OS: Windows XP SP3 Reproducible in version 4.3.0 beta2, and version 4.2.5.1.

Note that in 4.2.0.4 the border is dashed, and not a solid line. That still isn't correct, but the solid line is shown because of bug 77369, which is a different issue.
This bug is fixed by the commit in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79787#c21
